In-house project management specialists for residential and commercial projects
Our designers will provide a comprehensive scope of detailed works, illustrated and written, to be approved by the client. The approved works will be rolled out side by side with the pre-established timeline and developed concept for the project management team and specialists to take over.
Following this, the entire project will be coordinated and strictly supervised by our project management team. This consists of regular site visits, and maintaining clear and constant communication with the vendors and contractors involved, ensuring high standard of quality and accuracy with accordance to documentations.
Ensuring quality control for renovation works and meeting client expectations
Project Management also plays an important role in quality control for renovation works. They ensure that the project meets our clients’ expectations and is delivered on time.
Project schedule is crucial on timing, as it ensures that deadlines are met without compromising the quality of works at hand. It allows monitoring of how the designers’ work progress. The project Management team will visit the site to check the progress of the fitout project on a regular basis, and review Project documentation with our Project Designer for accuracy before submission to relevant authorities/consultants for approval.

The detailing process is where we take our designs into actual three dimensions. We ensure that all the details of your interior design concept is properly understood with comprehensive drawings to explain each element and component required on the documentations. This stage ensures that everything comes together harmoniously – from fixtures, furniture, technical equipment, to soft furnishings.
